We were appointed to create the interiors and produce the furniture packages for The Warehouse in Tonbridge. The four-meter-high ceilings, black Crittall windows, and exposed architectural steels, created the perfect back drop for a loft style living.

We set about converting the Victorian warehouse into nine spacious one and two-bedroom apartments, the spatial layout means that each apartment has its own unique layout, ensuring all apartments benefit from the natural light and the buildings architectural features.

It was important to us to use the local suppliers; we used a local kitchen company for to make the minimalist luxury kitchens and bathroom cabinets. The flooring throughout is a natural rustic oak. The walls were painted with an off-white to work with the natural light pouring in.

We also wanted to create an easy-to-live-in aesthetic that remained classic yet minimal; and always felt spacious.
